Cherie and John already had a small website which was successful in attracting new customers. However, the existing website had some major weaknesses:
Digital Delirium built a large, new website for LTE which included a high element of multimedia. This was mostly achieved by using Adobe Flash, not only for audio clips of the different acts, but also for Flash video. The new site gives customers a clear idea of the number of interesting and unique acts that LTE offers – more than 100! They are wedding and event planners as well as agents for live entertainment.
Digital Delirium researched the most effective keywords that the website should be built around. It was obvious from this research that the site should be optimized for the live music market connected to weddings in the Lake Tahoe area. The Lake Tahoe wedding industry is a multi-million-dollar business, providing a source of income for the local economy and supporting a number of small businesses in the Tahoe area.
The decision was made to produce quality written material for this market. The owners worked with our editor-of-choice, Judith Harlan of Harlan Editorial, and produced great, quality content for the new website.
SEO is an ongoing process, and Digital Delirium is working with Lake Tahoe Entertainment over the coming months to optimize the website for search engine placement.
